Subscription applications
The tools we needed for our own client work became products. We design them, run them on our own servers in Europe, keep the backups, and sell them by monthly or yearly subscription.

Answered by us
One email address, read by the people who did the work or wrote the code, in English or in French. No ticket maze, no outsourced first line, no chatbot standing in the way.
02 How subscriptions work
Everything a customer needs to know before paying.
What is sold
Access to a web application, by subscription. Access opens as soon as the payment is accepted — there is nothing to ship.
Plans
Monthly or yearly. Prices are shown before payment, on the page where the subscription is taken.
Payment
Card, processed by Stripe. We never see, handle or store card numbers.
Renewal
Automatic at the end of each period, at the same price, until it is cancelled.
Cancellation
At any time, by the customer, from their own account settings. Access runs to the end of the period already paid; nothing renews afterwards.
Refunds
A refund of the current period can be asked for by email. We look at it in good faith, and say yes when the service went unused.
Invoices
Issued automatically for every payment and available from the customer's account.
